At this time, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged upon arrival. I will always be willing to work with customers on a case-by-case basis. Thank you so much for understanding!  

Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before your item ships. I do not offer cancellations on custom orders if production has begun.
